Chris Waller Racing are proud to announce our official sponsorship of Chris Waller Racing, the emerging force on the Sydney training scene.

2008 has been a huge year for Chris, who captured his first Group 1 win in Sydney’s premier race, the Doncaster Handicap.

Triple Honour, a horse bred by’s Suman Hedge and also sired by's stallion HONOURS LIST, fought off the advances of multiple group winner Casino Prince to score by a head, giving the young trainer his first taste of Group 1 success.

Bob Ingham added to the euphoria by announcing that Chris would be the new trainer for his post-Woodland’s racing team, spending nearly $20 million on yearling purchases at the William Inglis Sales, all of which are to be trained by Chris in the coming years. .

Chris then concluded the 2008 season on a notable high, obtaining a remarkable third place on the Sydney trainers premiership, behind the much larger and more established Peter Snowden and Gai Waterhouse stables. Despite Chris’ comparatively small team he came within just 9 wins of Snowden’s second place. are pleased to have played some part in his transition from a small scale operation to one of the highest profile trainers in Sydney, who will assuredly go on to bigger and better things. We race several horses in syndications with Chris and we could not be more pleased with their progress and the feedback that we get. We look forward to the coming season, as Chris has some big plans in place for stable star Triple Honour, including a tilt at the Group 1 Epsom Handicap.
