The bookies put up as much as $11 for the Brian Smith-trained Meet George who finished second behind Woorim in the Listed Glasshouse Handicap at Sunshine Coast last time out. The gelding has met good support with $10 the best around now and he is as short as $8.50 with others.

The Peter Snowden-trained Jerezana opened at $11 with some bookies but the punters stepped in and the daughter of Lonhro is now into $9 and shorter with some agencies.

There has been a solid move at longer odds for the Terry McCarthy-trained Lifebuoy. The son of Easy Rocking finished second to the Peter Moody-trained Irish Dream at Eagle Farm last start. You could have got as much as $31 about the galloper but now the best around is $21.

Meanwhile in the Tursa Employment Grafton Guineas (1600m) the Liam Birchley-trained Snip N Duck has continued to be well supported. After opening at $4.20 the best around now for the gelding is $3.70.

Other gallopers that have been backed include: Emvoss $9 into $6.50; Save Yourself $15 into $10; Beach Lady $35 into $18.
